Welcome to the April 2021 Sussex Inlet Golf Village update!
In very exciting news, it is expected that Sussex Inlet Golf Village Stage 1A will reach practical completion by the end of April, weather permitting.
All civil works have now been completed, including the roads, drainage, sewer, and water. Electricity certification was also recently obtained. Landscaping works are also coming to a close, with the mound surrounding the entry feature and landscaping on the roundabout almost complete. It is promising to see that all street trees have been installed and look forward to seeing the new vegetation mature.
Following the installation of guard rails over the culvert on Villagewood Drive and also the flood free access road, works are expected to conclude.
