The Streetscape Incentive Plan is an integral part of our Design Guidelines and ensures all residents of SIGV enjoy the quality communities and picturesque streets for which Sheargold and Lucas Property are known. The Markets are chock full of fresh and locally grown food, plants, arts, crafts and gifts.
We are pleased to report that the first families are now settling in at Jacob's Range the first precinct of Sussex Inlet Golf Village. We had the pleasure of meeting many of those families at the recent Neighbourhood Meet & Greet and it was great to see how excited they were as construction of their new homes moved into the final stages.
We are happy to see that our Sales & Information Centre is taking shape, so are sharing a video that was shot on the day of the Neighbourhood Meet & Greet showing the progress.
It was a great turnout for the first Sussex Inlet Golf Village Neighbourhood Meet & Greet, with approximately 60 people coming together to enjoy drinks and afternoon tea, and of course to meet their new neighbours, held at the Golf Club overlooking the SIGV and the homes currently under construction.
House and land packages can be a great option if you find the process of selecting a builder and designing a new home a little overwhelming. Hotondo, G.J. Construction of our new Sales and Information Centre and Display Village is underway. When complete the Sales and Information Centre will feature state of the art technology to showcase the future of SIGV.
If you have been on site recently you may have noticed that construction of our permanent sales and info centre has started. At this stage, we anticipate the sales and info centre will be open in September and we look forward to welcoming you all into the finished sales and info centre then!
Happy new year everyone! We hope you've had a good break and ready for another action-packed year at SIGV. Last year ended with the approval of the Stage 2 development approval and this year has started with the preparation of draft detailed construction plans for the subdivision works certificate application.
Usually there is a lull in the property market in late December as everyone prepares for the festive season however the SIGV sales office was abuzz with activity. We are pleased to announce a great reception of the Priority Plus Program which saw all but one of the 45 home sites sold in the recent Release 5 at Sussex Inlet Golf Village.
We are pleased to announce the development approval for Release 5 was granted by Shoalhaven City Council on the 17th of November. This next stage of the master plan comprises of 81 residential lots including associated subdivision works and golf course augmentation. Our delivery team is now focussed on preparing detailed construction plans as part of the subdivision works certificate application. Our intention is to commence construction early next year.
‘Summer at Sussex’ is a great range of food, fun and music events organised for the summer by the Chamber of Commerce to support the communities of Sussex Inlet, Berrara and Cudmirrah as they recover from many weeks of lockdown.
