We recently launched our Priority Plus program, allowing purchasers the opportunity to get a head start on the next few releases at SIGV. And what a response we had. All of the 45 positions were secured in under 3 minutes!
Congratulations to those 45 members of Priority Plus and some more information will be coming your way very soon. Thank you to everyone who applied and there is a silver lining for those still keen to secure a spot in the coming releases, as we are currently working with a select few builders to provide an additional 35 House & Land Packages. These Packages are not part of the Priority Plus program so there will be opportunities to secure a House & Land through our partner builders. More to come and we will announce which builders have home sites for you to choose from.
