If you have been on site recently you may have noticed that construction of our permanent sales and info centre has started. At this stage, we anticipate the sales and info centre will be open in September and we look forward to seeing you all in the new sales and info centre then!
Over the coming months our sales team will be working towards making the sales and info centre the ‘hub’ of Sussex Inlet Golf Village – a place where residents and purchasers can have queries answered and an easy-to-access source of information about Sussex Inlet Golf Village. Once the sales and info centre is complete our sales agent, Barry McClarnon, will move from the temporary sales office in the Golf Club into the finished sales and info centre.
The sales and info centre will be part of the display village with display homes being built by Hotondo, Metricon, GJ Gardner and New Living Homes. When the display village is open you will be able to browse through the display homes and chat with the builders to discuss plans for your new homes.
