Welcome to the first Sussex Inlet Golf Village update for 2021!
February has seen tremendous progress on the construction front, with SIGV 1A on the cusp of completion. All asphalt works have now concluded, while road line marking has essentially been completed, bar the centre line on the western side, which will be completed soon. Complementing this, all signage has been installed apart from speed signs, while all fencing works are now finished.
The finishing touches continue to be put on stage 1 as the landscaping works progress with the planting out the old road and most of the northern side around the roundabout on track to conclude in the near future. In addition, the retaining wall for the entry feature and the entry feature wall itself will be completed soon. Hence on the landscaping front, the major items remaining are additional turfing and top soiling.
Weather permitting, construction is on track to conclude at the end of March. Be sure to stay tuned and follow the March 2021 Sussex Inlet Golf Village update, which will go into detail on all the exciting developments!
