Welcome to the July 2021 Sussex Inlet Golf Village update!
And there we have it, Jacob's Range Stage Releases 1-4 registered on the 14th of July 2021. This is a huge milestone especially being the first stage of the development. A substantial amount of work has gone in to get to this point. Below is a rough timeline of the major milestones to date.
2013 – Badgee URA rezone gazetted
2014 – Development application lodged
2017 – Development consent issued
2018 – Construction certificate application lodged
2019 – Construction certificate approved
2019 to 2021 – Construction
2021 – Subdivision Certificate and Registration
From the team at Sheargold and Lucas Property, we'd like to thank the entire project team for all the hard work and to the Sussex Inlet community for their patience during construction especially the new roundabout. The finishing touches are being made to the entry feature and we welcome everyone to come and take a look around. We look forward to the next stage as the masterplan gradually become a reality.
