Usually there is a lull in the property market in late December as everyone prepares for the festive season however the SIGV sales office was abuzz with activity. We are pleased to announce a great reception of the Priority Plus Program which saw all but one of the 45 home sites sold in the recent Release 5 at Sussex Inlet Golf Village.
In anticipation of strong demand for the latest release the Priority Plus Program was created enabling a limited number interested parties to put down a fully refundable deposit on a first come first served basis. This deposit would guarantee the opportunity to purchase a homesite when the development approval was received which happened late last year. The balance of the 81 lots will be sold as house and land packages through our selected building partners (Hotondo, GJ Gardner, Metricon and New Living Homes). You can register your interest in these packages directly in the builder or with Barry at the SIGV sales and info centre.
After some slow sales in the initial phases of SIGV it is pleasing to see the confidence shown from the successful sales release as more and more people are interested in being part of our community. Due to the strong sales all 81 home sites that form part of this release will be constructed simultaneously with construction expected to kick off in the first half of 2022.
This year, we are expecting substantial changes and great news about the construction of the new sales office and the Display Villas and new other releases.
