We are very proud to partner up with global surf business Ocean & Earth to present the Surf N Turf South Coast Bushfire Appeal charity event in Sussex Inlet on Saturday 21st March 2020!
The event is designed to raise money for various local organisations in need, give local businesses a helping hand by attracting tourists back into the area and promoting the fact that the South Coast is back open for business.
The charity event will see 32 teams of 4 compete for major prizes in a combined surfing and golf event, with 100% of the entry fees being donated to the Ocean and Earth South Coast Bushfire Appeal. The event aims to raise over $20,000.
Winners will take home major prizes, and each competitor will receive a prize pack. In addition there will be other fun activities and giveaways during the day.
“Our community has been devastated by these bushfires. So many people have lost homes, businesses and our wildlife and forests have been destroyed. It’s heartbreaking. Ocean and Earth’s goal is to help our community rebuild and hopefully this event contributes to getting people back on their feet.” Ocean and Earth’s founder and local resident Brian Cregan.
