Welcome to the April 2022 update! We hope you and your family had a wonderful Easter.
At the sales office, Hotondo have installed frames on the lower floor and structural steel supports for the upper levels. Next month they intend to install the upper floor slab and frames weather permitting.
We are continuing to work through the Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) package assessment with Shoalhaven Council to facilitate the commencement of construction. In the meantime we have also been working to secure the required Biodiversity Offset Credits for this release as well as several other procedural requirements to allow construction to commence as soon as possible after the receipt of the SWC approval.
