Welcome to April 2023 update!
This month the team have worked hard to complete the green and golden bell frog fencing in preparation for clearing and other civil works. The fence has taken much longer than expected due to due additional length required, additional measures required to fence in some areas and wet weather. However, we are happy to say that the fence is essentially complete.
The team also worked on marking trees for retention and meeting with Shoalhaven Water to ensure everything is ready go once the Green and Golden Bell Frog preclearance surveys are complete. This will ensure vegetation clearing, sewer installation and other civil activities are in full swing through the month of May – the fun bit!
The golf course design has continued to evolve based on ongoing reviews of environmental considerations. The delivery team are confident in working through all factors and designing a course that enhances the overall precinct.
