It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for! That’s right – we are excited to announce that Stage 2 has officially achieved practical completion at Stage 2 of the Sussex Inlet Golf Village. This represents an exciting milestone for the delivery team who has worked tirelessly to achieve it. Concurrently, we have lodged the subdivision certificate application to Shoalhaven City Council, being the penultimate step before registration at the land and registry office. At the golf course, the new 8^th hole is nearly ready for play while the 7^th hole has benefitted from all the recent rains, with the freshly sprigged grass growing in nicely over the last few weeks.
