Good news! The subdivision works certificate application was lodged in the first week of June. The application includes engineering plans, landscape plans and environmental reports among other supporting documents. These documents have been prepared over the last few months to comply with the conditions of consent for the development (SF10809). We expect Council to complete its assessment of the application and provide comments to us next month. This assessment gets us one step closer to an approval and construction onsite.
In the meantime, all the Biodiversity Offsets required for stage 2 have been secured, you may be interested to know that the vast majority of these offsets have been secured locally from one of our Neighbours, the Halloran Trust.
