Welcome to the May 2024 update!
With practical completion for Stage 2 of the Sussex Inlet Golf Village now well and truly done and dusted, the team is pushing full steam ahead with everything needed to secure the subdivision certificate from Council. Once we have that certificate, we can lodge the plan and other subdivision documents for registration. It won’t be long now before the stage is registered and excited purchasers will be able to access their new home sites! In terms of specific timing, all things going according to plan, we anticipate registration in the next week with settlements 21 days after that.
The golf course is also really starting to take shape, with the 8th hole virtually ready for play once the new tee is installed. The 7th is also scheduled in to progress over the next few weeks, and weather permitting, will have bunkers and a new tee box added in by the team on the ground.
